I had a mixed experience at the San Jose Marriott. The location was super convenient for my convention, but there were definitely issues that affected my stay. The air conditioning wasn't working well when I checked in, and even after maintenance came, it didn't improve much. The service at checkout left a lot to be desired too, which was disappointing given my loyalty status.
